Add pay-by-crypto to your platform without becoming a crypto company
For ERP, invoicing and vertical software vendors, PSPs and platforms: add a pay-by-crypto option to the flow your customers already use, through one API. Your customer settles the invoice in crypto or stablecoins. Xchange360 is the regulated party that accepts it, converts it, and settles clean fiat in EUR behind the scenes. You never hold crypto, carry the volatility, or take on a crypto licence.
In brief
What is embedded crypto invoicing for ERP and software platforms?
Embedded crypto invoicing is a pay-by-crypto option built into the invoicing, billing or ERP flow a business already runs, added through one API. The customer settles an existing invoice in crypto or stablecoins; Xchange360 acts as the regulated party of record, converts the payment to fiat, settles it to the merchant account in EUR, and maps it back to the original invoice. The platform never holds crypto, carries volatility, or needs its own crypto licence.
The problem
Every platform wants a crypto option. Almost none want to become a crypto business
Your customers are asking to pay, or be paid, in crypto and stablecoins, and a competitor will offer it if you don't. Building it yourself means a parallel checkout that breaks reconciliation, a wallet to secure, volatility sitting on someone's books, and a licensing question that got sharper when MiCA's transitional period ended on 1 July 2026. Most teams stall on exactly that. The option never ships.
One API adds the crypto option to the flow you already run. We hold the licence and the risk. You keep your product, your reconciliation and your customer relationship.
How it works
How it works
Integrate one API
Connect the Xchange360 gateway to your invoicing, billing or ERP system. One integration, mapped to the invoice objects and webhooks you already have.
Crypto appears on the invoice
Your customers get a pay-by-crypto option on the invoices they already receive, inside your product and, if you want it, under your brand.
We settle and reconcile
Xchange360 accepts the crypto as the regulated party, converts at execution, and settles fiat in EUR to the merchant account, with the payment mapped straight back to the invoice.
You earn on the flow
Offer it white-label and share in the settlement economics on payments already moving through your platform, with no crypto on your books.
Why platforms build on it
You keep the product. We hold the licence
We are the regulated party
Xchange360 accepts, converts and settles the crypto as the party of record, so the crypto-asset service, and the MiCA licence it requires, sits with us, not with you or your customers.
One API, reconciliation intact
A single integration adds crypto to the invoicing flow you already run. Every payment ties back to its invoice, so finance reconciles it the same way it books a transfer. No parallel checkout.
No crypto, no volatility on your books
We convert at execution and settle fiat in EUR to the merchant account. Nothing volatile lands on your balance sheet or your customer’s, and there is no wallet to secure.
White-label, with revenue share
Ship it under your own brand and share in the settlement economics on flow already moving through your platform.
Who it's for

FAQ
Common questions
Do we need our own crypto licence to offer this?
No. Xchange360 is the regulated party accepting, converting and settling the crypto. Your platform passes the invoice and receives fiat, so the crypto-asset service, and the licence it requires under MiCA, sits with us, not with you or your customers.
Is this a separate crypto checkout bolted onto our product?
No. It adds a crypto payment option inside the invoicing or ERP flow you already run, through one API. Line-item data, remittance detail and reconciliation stay where they are, so finance sees the payment tie back to the invoice the same way a card or transfer would.
Do we or our customers ever hold crypto or carry volatility?
No. We convert at execution and settle fiat in EUR to the merchant account. The crypto never lands on your books or your customer's, so there is no volatility to hedge and no wallet to secure.
Can we offer this under our own brand and earn on the flow?
Yes. The gateway runs white-label, so your customers see your product, and you can share in the settlement economics on payments already moving through your platform. Talk to us about the commercial terms for partners.
